NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALRFP/Q #2025-26 (R10) Notice is hereby given that, on behalf of thirty member districts in the San Gabriel Valley Food Services Cooperative Purchasing Group, the Board of Education for the ROWLAND UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (District), ROWLAND HEIGHTS, CA (Los Angeles County), will receive sealed proposals for Request for Proposal Number/Quote (RFP/Q) #2025-26 (R10) for the procurement of the following: MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Purchasing Department, Rowland Unified School District, 1830 S. Nogales St., Rowland Heights, CA 91748, no later than 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. This RFP/Q is for a fixed-price contract. Price will be the primary factor in awarding the contract and will be evaluated after all proposals are submitted.The District is not responsible for proposals sent via the U.S. Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or by any other delivery service. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that their proposal is delivered to the Rowland Unified School District Purchasing Department. Each proposal must conform and be responsive to the contract documents. No proposal may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days. The District, on behalf of the purchasing group, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any discrepancy or technicality, and to award the contract for goods or services to other than the lowest proposal. The award of contract, if made by the District, will be to the qualified firm whose bid best complies with all the requirements set forth in the RFP/Q documents and whose proposal, in the opinion of the District while complying with all legal requirements, is in the best interest of the member districts in the purchasing group, taking into consideration all aspects of the contractor’s response, including the total net cost. An optional Bidders Conference for the purpose of acquainting prospective bidders with the unique requirements of the purchasing group will be held on March 18, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. on Google Meet meet.google.com/ipg-qmqj-iyr .
