REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 2526-006: AS-NEEDED THIRD-PARTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and Delta Community Developers Corp. (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Authority") are seeking proposals from firms for As-Needed Third-Party Property Management Services. The initial term of the contract is one (1) year with four (4) optional one-year renewals (up to a five-year maximum term). Proposal packages & specifications may be downloaded from the Public Purchase website at PublicPurchase.com. For information on how to register for proposals on projects, please visit our website at https://hacsj.org/resources/procurement/#eprocurement-registration. Interested proposers are required to check the Public Purchase website for any addendum issued that may alter the scope of work for this project, and to incorporate any such changes into their final proposal. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the PublicPurchase.com website by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Proposals must be digitally submitted through PublicPurchase.com as a "SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT" before 2:00 P.M. local time on Friday, March 27, 2026.
