ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TO PERFORM SUBCONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES For the Alameda County Facilities Needs Package (ALCO) #1 Exterior Path of Travel Projects This is a Rodan project. This project involves exterior site work at various buildings on the Fairmont Hospital campus in San Leandro to create an accessible path of travel from parking lots to main building entrances. The scope of work will include hard demo, rough grading, base rock, concrete paving, asphalt paving, and striping. The site has been indicated to have naturally occurring asbestos within the soil; subcontractors performing soil disturbing work shall be required to maintain and follow a naturally occurring asbestos soils work plan including the required OSHA awareness and respirator trainings. Please reference the included Naturally Occurring Asbestos Specification document titled "NOA Specification Less Than One Acre Fairmont Ext Paths of Travel.pdf" for full requirements and submittals. Work on campus should be assumed to occur during normal working hours.
