NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
HARTNELL COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
ISSUING A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 
FOR Construction of a new Hartnell College CTE building in SOLEDAD, CA, 1505 Metz Road. (Site location is corner of Metz Road and Bryant Canyon Road) known as the Soledad CTE Building & Yard. This project is subject to labor compliance and enforcement of compliance with prevailing wage requirements by the Dept. of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor codes §1775, §1776, §1777.5 and §1771.4 and skilled and trained workforce requirement pursuant to Public Contract Code §2600. Contractors of all tiers must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code §1725.5

Sealed proposals shall be delivered to the Administrative Services Office c/o Director of Facilities Planning and Construction Management, 411 Central Avenue, Bldg. E, Room E105/107, no later than 2:00 pm. Soon thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read in Building S (Willard Lewellen STEM Building) Room S-218 conference room at the Hartnell College Main Campus.
