NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that South Pasadena Unified School District (“District”), of Los Angeles County, California, on behalf of thirty-member districts in the San Gabriel Valley Food Services Purchasing Cooperative Group (“Co-Op”), will receive up to, but not later than 1:00 p.m. of the 8th day of April 2026, for the annual procurement of Produce. There are 2 pricing structures to be allowed for pricing on RFP: Annual Pricing of Produce and or Seasonal Pricing of Produce. It is the intent of the Co-Op to award one or more contract(s) as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Place of Bid Receipt: District Office: Fiscal ServicesSouth Pasadena Unified School District,1100 El Centro, South Pasadena, CA 91010 Sealed proposals must be delivered to Fiscal Services, South Pasadena Unified School District. Submissions after the stated deadline will be treated as non-responsive bid. Bids shall be unsealed publicly and read aloud following the Bid Deadline stated above.
