The District is seeking qualified vendors to provide highquality enrichment programming for students participating in the District's Expanded Learning Programs during the 20262027 school year. The District's expanded learning programs serve students across 25 school sites and are designed to provide safe, engaging, and enriching learning environments beyond the traditional school day. Furthermore, the District seeks experienced vendors capable of delivering dynamic, handson enrichment experiences that promote student engagement, exploration, creativity, and skill development. All proposals shall be uploaded, presented, and submitted to the District via online by using the web link below. Additional detailed information related to this request for proposals and instructions for submitting proposals can also be viewed by using the web link below. Any proposal received after the time specified above could be considered unresponsive. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/california/torranceunifiedschooldistrict Miscellaneous Information There will be an online voluntary vendor/contractor interest meeting via zoom.com, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM (PDT), via the web link below. The meeting will provide an overview of the expanded learning program, review proposal requirements, and allow vendors/contractors to ask questions. Participation is not required in order to submit a proposal. https://tusdorg.zoom.us/j/85679888001 The District reserves the right to reject any, or all received proposals, and waive any irregularities or informalities in any of the received proposals. The District also reserves the right to accept additional proposals from other providers after this request for proposal process during the contract year if additional resources are needed. No respondent shall withdraw any proposal for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the opening of proposals. It is each respondent's sole responsibility to ensure its proposal is timely delivered and received online via the designated due date and web link specified above. The District shall not be responsible for any delivery issues. Each respondent shall be licensed pursuant to State of California Regulations, California Business and Professions Code, and have any and all necessary licenses to perform the work called for in this request for proposals. Copies of all applicable licenses must be included with their submitted proposal. Inquiries and Clarifications. This document is for informational purposes and shall not relieve the respondent of the requirements to fully become familiarized with all the factors affecting their proposal.
