CITY OF WOODLAND NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodland ("City") is accepting proposals for an Electronic Document Management System until April 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Proposals must be emailed to Marissa.kersey@cityofwoodland.gov on or before that date and time. Proposals should include professional services for a Document Management System deployment and migration of existing data and files. The selected vendor will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all selected components, project management, training, and providing a complete installation that meets the City's performance requirements.
