PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for the FY2025-26 ADA Curb Ramp Project. The plan requires removal and replacement of existing concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and installation of under sidewalk drains to bring the facilities up to current ADA standards. Related work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, removal of asphalt and concrete along with installation of new concrete curbs, under sidewalk drains and paving to tie into the existing street.

The Bid Book, Notice to Bidders, Special Provisions, and Project Plans are available for free thru Bonfire or may be purchased at the Development Services Department, located in the Sutter County Administration Building, 1130 Civic Center Blvd, Yuba City, CA 95993, telephone (530) 822-7400, between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The non-refundable cost for each set is $30.00; mail delivery is an additional $10.00 per set. To improve public access to contract documents, the County has elected to publish the contract documents on the web-based procurement platform Bonfire.
