A Yuba City, CA 95993 For: FY2025-26 ADA Curb Ramp Project No. MM31002630N Estimated Construction Cost: <$100,000 Contractor's California License and/or Class Required: Class A Pre-Bid Conference Date, Time, and Location: None For Pre-Bid Information Contact: Development Services Department Telephone: (530) 822-7400 Facsimile: (530) 822-7109 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for the FY2025-26 ADA Curb Ramp Project. The plan requires removal and replacement of existing concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and installation of under sidewalk drains to bring the facilities up to current ADA standards. Related work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, removal of asphalt and concrete along with installation of new concrete curbs, under sidewalk drains and paving to tie into the existing street. The Bid Book, Notice to Bidders, Special Provisions, and Project Plans are available for free thru Bonfire or may be purchased at the Development Services Department, located in the Sutter County Administration Building, 1130 Civic Center Blvd, Yuba City, CA 95993, telephone (530) 822-7400, between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The non-refundable cost for each set is $30.00; mail delivery is an additional $10.00 per set. To improve public access to contract documents, the County has elected to publish the contract documents on the web-based procurement platform Bonfire. Bidders can register with Bonfire on-line by logging onto the Sutter County web-portal, https://sutter.bonfirehub.com/portal and selecting the “Log / Register” link in the upper righthand corner.
