MT. DIABLO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the governing board ("Board") of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District ("District") will receive sealed bids to construct the following project: BID#1973 MDUSD 2026 Roofing Project- Holbrook and Valle Verde Elementary Schools. All bids shall be on the form provided by the District. Bid documents are available on District's Purchasing & Warehouse Webpage: https://www.mdusd.org/departments/business-services/purchasing- warehouse/bid-information/construction-bids Contractors must submit sealed bids on or before 10:00 a.m., March 17, 2026, at the District Office, located at Purchasing and Warehouse, 2326 Bisso Lane, California 94520, at or after which time the District will open the bids and publicly read them aloud. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the Bidder. The Project consists of: Roofing replacement at two separate campuses, Holbrook and Valle Verde Elementary Schools. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: B and/or C-39. The Bidder's license(s) must be active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and must remain so throughout the term of the Contract. A mandatory-bid conference and site visits will be held on March 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM starting at Holbrook (3333 Roland Wy, Concord), followed by Valle Verde (3275 Peachwillow Ln, Walnut Creek). All prospective Bidders are required to sign in at the main entrance of each school. The Site Visit is expected to take approximately three hours.
