RUTHERFORD CASE NUMBER: P25-02030 To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may otherwise be interested in the will or estate, or both, of: JOYCE M. RUTHERFORD, or JOYCE MARGARET RUTHERFORD. A Petition for Probate has been filed by: JEFFREY A. RUTHERFORD in the Superior Court of California, County of CONTRA COSTA.
