NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Discovery Bay Community Center, 1601 Discovery Bay Blvd., Discovery Bay, CA 94505. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a Resolution to adopt amendments to the Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) to reflect current system conditions and maintain compliance with the California Water Code. The adopted WSCP will be included in the upcoming 2025 Urban Water Management Plan prepared by staff and Shobe Engineering. Beginning February 18, 2026, the Draft Amended WSCP will be available for public review at www.todb.ca.gov. Written comments should be submitted to the Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District no later than March 3, 2026, at 1800 Willow Lake Road, Discovery Bay, CA 94505. During the hearing, oral comments may be presented subject to time limits to allow all attendees to be heard. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District may decide to adopt the resolution amending the Water Shortage Contingency Plan.
