LEGAL NOTICE Notice to the shareholders of the Orland Unit Water Users’ Association. The annual meeting of the shareholders of the above-named Association will be held at 828 Eighth Street, Orland, Glenn County, on Saturday, February 28, 2026. Registration of shares will begin at 9:00 a.m. on said date, with meeting convening at 10:00 a.m. Meeting is for the purpose of electing three Directors and for the transaction of any business that may be legally brought before said meeting.
