City of Lakeport NOTICE OF ADOPTION ORDINANCE NO. 958 (2026) THE FOLLOWING IS A SUMMARY OF LAKEPORT CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE NO. 958 (2026), revising the City of Lakeport Municipal Code: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEPORT AMENDING SECTIONS 5.34.020 ("DEFINITIONS") AND 5.34.090 ("COMMERCIAL CANNABIS PERFORMANCE STANDARDS") OF CHAPTER 5.34 ("COMMERCIAL CANNABIS") OF TITLE 5 ("BUSINESS TAXES, LICENSES AND REGULATIONS") OF THE LAKEPORT MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING COMMERCIAL CANNABIS EVENTS The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Lakeport City Council on February 3, 2026. The second reading and public hearing was held at a regular meeting of the Lakeport City Council on February 17, 2026, and the Ordinance was passed on that date by the following vote: Ayes: Mayor Disney, Council Members Mattina, Parlet, and Price Noes: None Abstain: None Absent: Council Member Costa The ordinance will take effect 30 days from the date of adoption.
