NOTICE OF SALE In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage and other charges related to the storage for which California Mobile Home Park Investors 5, LLC is entitled to a lien as warehouse on the goods hereinafter described, and due notice having been given to those known to claim an interest, and the time specified in such notice for payment of such charges having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction at 5575 Old Highway 53 #42, Clearlake, CA 94522 on February 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The following is a brief description of the property to be sold: A 1975 Fleetwood Mobilehome, Decal Number AAA9693, Serial Number S8641, HUD Label/Insignia Number 207137, 60 feet in length, 12 feet in width, held on account of Gregory Cook, [REGISTERED OWNERS, LEGAL OWNERS, JUNIOR LIENHOLDERS]. Said mobilehome will be sold "as is" and "where is," and without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, mobilehome park approval, encumbrances (including taxes and fees owed to County or State) or any other matter whatsoever.
