NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works will accept sealed bids for the installation of a new traffic signal system at the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Cloud Avenue and the performance of other appurtenant work under Project ID No. TDS0001721, La Crescenta-Montrose-Foothill Boulevard at Cloud Avenue in the unincorporated community of La Crescenta-Montrose. The bids must be submitted on the proposal forms included in the bidder's package of the contract documents. The contract documents for this project may be downloaded free of charge by visiting the Los Angeles County Public Works Business Opportunities website: http://pw.lacounty.gov/general/contracts/opportunities The work is estimated to cost between $825,000 and $1,225,000 and shall be completed in 55 working days. The prime contractor shall possess valid California Classes A and C10 contractor's licenses. The bids must be submitted electronically using Bid Express, www.BidExpress.com, before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and no bids may be submitted after that date and time. Registration instructions and the fee schedule for Bid Express are included in the Instructions to Bidders. Paper bids will not be accepted.
