Wilmington Jaycees Foundation, Inc. Invitation to Bid Wilmington MultiPurpose Senior Center at Banning Park Improvements Project #WJC0226 The Wilmington Jaycees Foundation Inc. will receive bids from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the City of Los Angeles California, to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment for the removal and replacement of 1) 60 feet of wood kitchen cabinets, 2) Prep and paint exterior of 11,500 sq. feet building including dumpster container area, and 3)replacement of the building's front entrance door with required concrete work (estimate 900 sq. feet), as specified in this Invitation to Bid. Also, to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment for the removal and replacement of material, as specified in this Invitation to Bid. This project is a federally funded project with CDBG funds and is subject to Federal and State DavisBacon prevailing wages requirements, Department of HUD Section 3, and the Build America, Buy America Act Requirements. Responses are due no later than 2:00 pm PST on Friday, March 13th, 2026, at the address below.
