First Street, Suite 100, Claremont, CA 91711, to the highest and best bidder, and subject to confirmation by said Superior Court, all right, title and interest of said Estate, in and to all the certain real property situated in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows: Lot 31 of Tract No. 20233, in the City of La Puente, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 531, Pages 29 to 31 inclusive of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
