LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF BURBANK BID NOTICE Sealed proposals for the Design/Build Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, in the City of Burbank all in compliance with the City's Bid Schedule No. 1544, are due not later than 2:00 P.M., March 17, 2026, via the City's electronic platform, PlanetBids. All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 P.M. the day of the proposal opening. Proposals submitted after 2:00 P.M. the day of the bid opening will not be accepted. Complete sets of the Contract Documents must be obtained from the City via download from the City of Burbank online bid website https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=14210#. Failure of the Contractor to download the Contract Documents from this website shall render their bid non-responsive. OBJECTIVE The City seeks to contract with a firm to design electric vehicle charging station projects for Level 2 and/or DC fast charging stations at various sites throughout the City of Burbank. The firm will also deploy EV charging infrastructure for these projects. SCOPE OF WORK The selected Respondent shall provide the City with a comprehensive and complete solution as detailed in Attachment A – Scope of Work.
