REDONDO BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT RBUSD SUMMER 2026 ROOF PROJECT Scope of Work: Including but not limited to: roof coating, restoration and replacement at buildings and canopies, gutters and downspouts, sheet metal/edge metal, fascia and wood joist/member remediation, rust remediation, power washing of roofs and buildings, etc. as indicated in the Contract Documents. This project will be commencing on June 15, 2026 and will be completed by August 14, 2026, 60 Calendar Days. The project location is: Redondo Beach Unified School District various sites Districtwide. Mandatory Job Walk (all sites): Friday, March 13th, 2026 @ 7:00 AM at all project sites, beginning at Lincoln Elementary School located at 2223 Plant Avenue, Redondo Beach, CA 90278. Please refer to the invitation to bid for more information.
