NOTICE OF INVITING PROPOSALS RFP 2526107 EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the CovinaValley Unified School District (District) will receive electronically sealed proposals for RFP 2526107 EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM. Proposal packages and specifications may be obtained electronically, and must be submitted online through Secure Bids at https://colbisecurebids.com/o/cvusd/RFP2526107 on or before Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM PST. Direct all questions regarding bid documents in writing via email to Al Robles, Director of Purchasing, at rfpquestions@cvusd.org. Sealed proposals shall be made and presented only on the forms provided by the District. It is the sole responsibility of each proposer to ensure that it's proposal is delivered and received at the designated location by the deadline specified in the RFP documents. Any proposal received after the scheduled closing time shall be returned to the proposer unopened. All prospective proposers are hereby instructed not to contact any District staff member other than the designated RFP contact person at any time during this process. Unauthorized contact with other District employees or Board members may result in disqualification. No phone calls will be accepted. No oral interpretation of the RFP will be made to any vendor; any oral communication shall be considered unofficial and nonbinding on the District. District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and irregularities, and to accept the proposal that is determined to be in the best interest of the District. No proposer may withdraw its proposal for a period of ninety (90) days after the proposal opening date.
