NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to confirmation by this Court, on February 20, 2026, at 5:00 pm, or thereafter within the time allowed by law, KIMMIE HONECK as Administrator of the Estate of WARREN HENRY SCHLIEF, deceased, will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder on the terms and conditions stated below all right, title, and interest of the decedent at the time of death and all right, title, and interest that the estate has acquired in addition to that of the decedent at the time of death, in two parcels of real property located in Nevada County, California, commonly referred to as Nevada County Parcel Nos. 025-271-014-000 and 025-271-016-000, addresses: 16601 and 16519 Bristow Ct, Grass Valley CA 94549.2.
