CITY OF ALISO VIEJONOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible) the City Council of the City of Aliso Viejo will consider the following public hearing item:> A CONCEPT PLAN REVIEW TO PRESENT AND RECEIVE INITIAL FEEDBACK ON A DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL INVOLVING THE DEMOLITION OF AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING TO ACCOMMODATE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 58-UNIT RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY AT 15 ARGONAUT. HEARING LOCATION:City Hall Council Chambers 12 Journey, Suite 150Aliso Viejo, CA 92656CEQA: This item is not a project under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) because it consists solely of a conceptual discussion and will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.INVITATION TO BE HEARD: All interested persons will be given an opportunity to comment on this item at the public hearing.
