The facility provides competitive dance training for various dance styles, and musical theater conservatory classes .Environmental Documentation: The proposed project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article 19, Categorical Exemptions , Sec. 15301, Class 1: Existing Facilities , of the CEQA Guidelines .All persons either favoring or opposing this proposal are invited to present their views before or at this hearing per the following special notice regarding public participation and comment.
