Applicant: Leslie Bai, Yoyo GolfProject Description: Use Permit 12-25-5847 is a request for alcohol sales for on-site consumption at Yoyo Golf, an existing golf training facility. The applicant is applying for a type 40 license from the California Office of Alcoholic Beverage Control, which allows for the sale of beer.
Environmental Documentation: The proposed project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article 19, Categorical Exemptions, Sec. 15301, Class 1: Existing Facilities, of the CEQA Guidelines.
