NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider Use Permit (UP) 12-25-5847 for the sale of onsite alcohol at a golf training facility.Hearing Date: March 5, 2026Hearing Time: 6:30 p.m.Hearing Location: Lake Forest Council Chambers,100 Civic Center Drive, Lake Forest, CAProject Location: 26834 Vista Terrace, Lake Forest, CA Applicant: Leslie Bai, Yoyo GolfProject Description: Use Permit 12-25-5847 is a request for alcohol sales for on-site consumption at Yoyo Golf, an existing golf training facility. The applicant is applying for a type 40 license from the California Office of Alcoholic Beverage Control, which allows for the sale of beer. Any action or proceeding to attack, review, set aside, or void any decision of the Lake Forest Planning Commission is controlled by Section 2.50.010 and Section 2.50.020 of the LFMC.
