NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tahoe Fire Protection District Board of Directors will, on February 24, 2026, at the hour of 3:00 p.m., at 222 Fairway Drive, Tahoe City, California, hold a public hearing for the purpose of adopting a n Ordinance for Setting Fees for Cost Recovery of Fire & Life Safety Activities. Service pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 13869 . Any interested person may be present at the public hearing or may submit written comments concerning the proposed Ordinance regarding Setting Fees for Cost Recovery of Fire & Life Safety Activities .
