NOTICE CALLING FOR BIDSRFP NO. 25-26-11 CHARTER BUS SERVICES FOR TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moreno Valley Unified School District, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as “District”, will receive prior to 2:00 p.m. on March 12, 2026 sealed bids for the award of a Contract for the following: RFP No. 25-26-11 Charter Bus Services for Transportation Department. Proposals/Quotes shall be received via upload onto the Planet Bids portal: https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/59999/portal-home [https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/59999/portal-home] RFP DOCUMENTS: Proposers may obtain a set of RFP Documents via the Planet Bids portal: https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/59999/portal-home. All notices, clarifications, and addenda to this RFP will be distributed via the aforementioned portal. The District shall not be responsible for sending individual notification of changes or updates to any respondents. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to remain apprised of changes to this RFP. The deadline for requests for clarification is February 26, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. All Requests for Clarification must be done and posted via the Planet Bids portal. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process and to be sole judge as to the merit, quality and acceptability of materials proposed. Bidder will take all necessary steps to avoid the appearance of conflict of interest and shall have a duty to disclose to the District prior to entering into an agreement any and all circumstances existing at such time, which pose a potential conflict. No bidder may withdraw any proposal for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of proposals. Refer to the formal bid documents for additional information, terms and conditions.
