NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND AVAILABILITY OF THE DRAFT SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE GRACE SOLAR ENERGY CENTER ? CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3684, REVISION NO. 1 (CUP03684R01), PUBLIC UTILITY PERMIT NO. 00916 REVISION NO. 1 (PUP00916R01) ? CEQ250005 ? Applicant: Boulevard Associates, LLC c/o Brendan Lewis ? Engineer/Representative: Mesaville Solar, LLC ? Fourth Supervisorial District ? Chuckawalla  Zoning Area ? Palo Verde Valley Area Plan: Agriculture: Agriculture (AG:AG) (10 Acre Minimum) and Open Space: Rural (OS:R) ? Location: Northerly of 10th Avenue, southerly of 5th Avenue, westerly of City of Blythe, easterly of Mesa Drive and Blythe Airport ?
