NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE INDIAN WELLS CITY COUNCIL Description: Ordering the Levy and Collection of Assessments for the Indian Wells Fire Tax Standby and Availability Charges for Fiscal Year 2026-27 Date of Hearing: March 5, 2026 Time of Hearing: 10:30 a.m. Place of Hearing: Indian Wells Council Chamber Notice is Hereby Given that the City Council of the City of Indian Wells, will hold a public hearing at its special meeting March 5, 2026, beginning at 10:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the City Council Chamber, 44-950 Eldorado Drive, Indian Wells, California, to hear public testimony of all interested parties for the purpose of: Considering Resolution ordering the levy and collection of the assessments for the City of Indian Wells Fire Tax Standby and Availability Charges for Fiscal Year 2026-27 pursuant to City Ordinance No. 170 Any interested person may attend the meeting and be heard or present written comments to the City Council at or prior to the conclusion of the public hearing. According to Government Code Section 65009, if you challenge the City Council's action in court or at an administrative proceeding, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City, either at or prior to the public hearing.
