CITY OF RANCHO MIRAGE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY COUNCIL MEETING Thursday, March 5, 2026 – 1:00 p.m. Environmental Assessment Case No. EA25-0009, Street Name Change Case No. STN25-0001, and Preliminary Development Plan Case No. PDP25-0004 - Linea North (“Project”) Applicant: Prest Vuksic Greenwood Architects for Linea Rancho Mirage 2, LLC Request: Consideration to construct nine (9) single-family residences within the northern portion of Tract Map No. 35089. The development includes site planning and seven architectural house concepts. Existing lot sizes range from approximately 15,991 to 22,259 square feet, with residences ranging from approximately 5,001 to 6,308 square feet. The project also requests a private street name change from Bellavia Court North to Via Linea. The Planning Commission recommended approval on February 12, 2026. Location: Located north of Ginger Rogers Road, approximately 1,200 feet east of the intersection of Bob Hope Drive and Ginger Rogers Road (APNs 685-350-001 through -009, and -012) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City of Rancho Mirage City Council regarding consideration of the above referenced Project pursuant to Rancho Mirage Municipal Code Title 17. Pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Section 15162, the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration based on Environmental Assessment Case No. EA070003 for this project is still valid. Moreover, the changing of street names has no possibility of having a significant effect on the environment and therefore, such an action is not subject to CEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3). No further environmental review is required. The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 69-825 Highway 111, Rancho Mirage, California, at which time and place pertinent testimony will be heard. The file, including all environmental information, is available for public inspection at City Hall, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and will be posted on the City’s website with the publication of the City Council Agenda, to be posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Written testimony may be submitted to the City Clerk via email to CityClerk@RanchoMirageCA.gov, or mailed to City of Rancho Mirage, ATTN: City Clerk, 69-825 Highway 111, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270. Written testimony must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting to be considered by the City Council.
