Sacramento County Division of Behavioral Health Services is pleased to announce the posting of the DRAFT Behavioral Health Services Integrated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. All documents will be posted for public review and comment on the Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) webpage, https://dhs.saccounty.gov/BHS/Pages/BHSA/BHSA.aspx, for thirty (30) days beginning Monday, February 16, 2026. Hard copies are available upon request by calling (916) 875-BHSA (2472); e-mailing BHSA@saccounty.gov; or via a written request sent to Sacramento County Division of Behavioral Health Services, BHSA, 7001-A East Parkway, Suite 550, Sacramento, CA  95823.
 
The Sacramento County Behavioral Health Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding the DRAFT Behavioral Health Services Integrated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29 on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
 
This Public Hearing will be a hybrid meeting. Community members may attend in person or virtually. Meeting physical location and teleconference access information will be posted to the BHSA webpage linked above at least one (1) week prior to the Public Hearing. Dinner will be provided for those attending in person.
 
Any community member who wishes to attend the Public Hearing and needs to arrange for an interpreter or a reasonable accommodation should email Gail Brosnan no later than Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at
