Fallbrook Union Elementary School DistrictRFP No. 429-25-26Notice of Request for ProposalsNotice is hereby given that Fallbrook Union Elementary School District, on behalf of the following school districts, Fallbrook Union Elementary School District (“FUESD”), Fallbrook Union High School District (“FUHSD”), and Bonsall Unified School District (“BUSD”) (collectively, the “Fallbrook Region Food Services Purchasing Cooperative”), is requesting proposals from qualified providers of Frozen, Refrigerated, Processed Commodities, Commercial Dry Goods, Values Aligned Items, and/or Dry/Grocery Products and Distribution Services for the nutrition programs of the above named districts.The Board of Education/Trustees for the FALLBROOK UNION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT, CA (San Diego County), will receive electronic proposals for RFP Number #429-25-26 for the procurement of the following:Frozen, Refrigerated, Processed Commodities, Commercial Dry Goods, Values Aligned Items, and/or Distribution ServicesRequest for Proposal documents are located on the FUESD website at https://www.fuesd.org/proposals/. FUESD will record and provide answers to any questions or requests for clarifying information about the RFP during the question and answer period. Electronic proposals must be received by Fallbrook Union Elementary School District promptly by 3:00 PM, on March 20, 2026. Proposals received after that time will not be considered and will be returned to proposer. Proposals shall be opened and evaluated in a private meeting.FUESD is not responsible for proposals sent via U.S. Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or by any other delivery service. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that their proposal is delivered electronically to yvenegas@fuesd.org. Each proposal must conform and be responsive to the contract documents.
