ORDINANCE SUMMARY: Ordinance O-2026-02 amends the Rancho Santa Fe Community Services District Uniform Sewerage Ordinance to establish sewer capacity and annual service charge provisions for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Certain ADUs constructed within existing residential or accessory structures may be exempt from sewer capacity charges.
