IN THE JUVENILE COURT OF GIBSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE IN THE MATTER OF: EMERY LAVENDER, DOB: 09/20/2008 Docket No. 25DN85 Notice of Entry Required A CHILD UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE <img width="256.4296875" height="0.8232092696629213" src="https://res.cloudinary.com/dgqq2xsfd/image/upload/enoticeproduction/exports/1769103054991/image001.png" datamcesrc="https://res.cloudinary.com/dgqq2xsfd/image/upload/enoticeproduction/exports/1769103054991/image001.png"> ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition, Motion for Publication and the Affidavits of Diligent Search that the whereabouts of the mother, Nikia Lavender, are unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search; therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon the mother, Nikia Lavender. NOTICE TO: Nikia Lavender, the State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services, has filed a PETITION TO ADJUDICATE DEPENDENCY AND NEGLECT AND FOR TEMPORARY LEGAL CUSTODY in regards to the minor child, EMERY LAVENDER born on SEPTEMBER 20, 2008; it further appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to appear in the Juvenile Court of Gibson County, Tennessee located at 301 North College Street, Trenton, Tennessee, on the 11TH DAY OF MARCH, 2026 at 9:00 A.M to personally answer the Petition. Failing to appear for the hearing on this date and time, without good cause, pursuant to the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure and the Tennessee Rules of Juvenile Practice and Procedure, will result in the loss of your right to contest the Petition.
