NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT PERIOD Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz Annual Plan/MTW Supplement with Agency Waivers The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz (HACSC) has revised its Annual Agency Plan, the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) Administrative Plan and the Moving to Work (MTW) Supplement to the Agency Plan, inclusive of Agency Specific Waivers in accordance with all applicable Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and regulations. These revised documents are available for review digitally at https://hacosantacruz.org/general-information/agency-plans/ or in person at the HACSC's public lobby, located at 2160 41st Avenue, Capitola, California. Lobby hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday excluding published holidays. HACSC invites written comments on the revised Agency Plan, HCV Administrative Plan, and MTW Supplement to the Agency Plan inclusive of Agency Specific Waivers.
