NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION / LIEN SALE NOTICE HEREBY IS GIVEN that a mobilehome registered to ROBERT TURNER, JR., in which KAJ TURNER may claim an interest, and described as a 1962 FLEETWOOD mobilehome, Decal Number AAF8985, Serial Number WC25152424, Label/Insignia Number 236226, and stored on property owned by Q Oaks LLC (“Lake Shasta MHP”), at 17776 Red Bud Lane, Shasta Lake, CA 96019, Shasta County (specifically, those goods located/stored at Space #1 within the park), will be sold by public auction at the Lake Shasta MHP on March 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. and such succeeding sale days as may be necessary, and the proceeds of the sale will be applied to the satisfaction of the lien, including the reasonable charges of notice, advertisement, and sale, as well as costs and attorney's fees pursuant to contract, statute, and/or law.
