PUBLISHED NOTICE OF SEIZURE AND NON-JUDICIAL FORFEITURE On, DECEMBER 2, 2025 at I5- NB OFF RAMP/FLUME CREEK RD, CASTELLA, CA. 96017 officers of SINTF, seized property for forfeiture in connection with controlled substance violation(s), POSSESSION FOR SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, section(s) 11351 of the California Health and Safety Code. The estimated value of the property is $14,495.00 UNITED STATES CURRENCY. The seized property is described as follows: ITEM NO. DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY 1. $14,495.00 UNITED STATES CURRENCY Pursuant to Section 11488.4(j) of the California Health and Safety Code, procedures to forfeit the property listed above without judicial proceedings are under way. Control No. SCSO25-005308 has been assigned to this case. In corresponding with the District Attorney's Office, please use this control number and the relevant specific item number set forth above to identify each item of property in which you claim an interest. If you claim an interest in any or all of the property listed above, you must, within thirty (30) days of the LAST date of publication of this notice, file a verified Claim Opposing Forfeiture (CA Judicial Counsel Form MC-200) to this effect with the Clerk of the Shasta County Superior Court, 1500 Court Street, Room 201, Redding, California, 96001. In this claim, you must state: (1) your specific interest in each particular item of seized property, referencing the particular items by the appropriate item control number set forth above; and (2) the basis or origin of each such specific interest in each particular item of property or currency. Within thirty (30) days of its filing with the Clerk, you must also then mail or deliver a verified copy of your filed Claim Opposing Forfeiture to the Shasta County District Attorney's Office, 1355 West Street, Redding, CA 96001.
