NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the REDCOM Board of Directors, as the governing body of REDCOM, will conduct a public hearing on the Recommended Budget beginning on March 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., in the Sonoma County Sheriff's Building, 2796 Ventura Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. The public hearings will continue from day-to-day, not to exceed fourteen (14) calendar days but may be concluded earlier in accordance with law. Any member of the public may appear at said hearings and be heard regarding the revision, decrease, or omission of any item in the Recommended Budget or the inclusion of additional items. All proposals for the increase or inclusion of additional items shall be submitted in writing to the Clerk of the Board before the close of the public hearing. It is anticipated that at the conclusion of the public hearings, the Board of Directors will approve an Adopted Budget for the 2025-26 fiscal year reflecting their determination of any changes to be made to the Recommended Budget. The Recommended Budget for the Redwood Empire Dispatch Communications Authority (REDCOM) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 will be available for public review on February 21 st 2026 at the offices of REDCOM Executive Director, 2796 Ventura Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95403, or by visiting https://redcomdispatch.org/about/#.
