CITY OF LIVE OAK NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Live Oak Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map and to consider the adoption of a Notice of Exemption in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The projects will be considered by the Live Oak Planning Commission on the following date and time: Date: Tuesday, March 3, 2026 Time: 6:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter Location: City Hall Council Chambers 9955 Live Oak Blvd., Live Oak Project Description: TPM 25-01, Elm Street, proposes to divide the 7,300-sf property into two parcels with each having approximately 40 feet of street frontage. Project Location: 2962 Elm Street, Assessor’s Parcel Number 006-202-003. Environmental Review: City staff have performed a preliminary Environmental Assessment of this project and determined that the project is categorically exempt from environmental review under CEQA per Section 15315 – “Minor Land Divisions.” Written comments on the project may be submitted to the Community Development Department at any time up through the close of the public hearing. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and express their opinions. If you challenge the project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission prior to the public hearing.
