REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) TO BE ISSUED FEBRUARY 18, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Corning Union Elementary School District of Tehama County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District will receive up to, but not later than 4:00 p.m. March 18, 2026 bids for the award of E-Rate contracts for the following: E-RATE YEAR 29 (2026-2027) Network Electronics No Installation RFP NO. 2026-01 470 NO. 260010244 RFP available to the public: Wednesday, February 18, 2026 8:00am RFP Submission Deadline: Wednesday, March 18, 2026 4:00pm Submissions received after deadline will not be considered All proposals must be submitted Via email and submitted to: Jennifer Devers jdevers@cuesd.net RFP documents and all addendum(s), questions and answers will be posted to the district's website at corningelementary.org in addition to the E-rate EPC website at https://portal.usac.org/suite/ The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals received. No vendor may withdraw his proposal for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of proposals.
