NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Anderson will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:30 PM, in the Anderson City Council Chambers, 1887 Howard Street, 3rd Floor, Anderson, CA 96007, to consider adoption of a Cost of Service Fee Study. The proposed fee increases include fees pertaining to planning, zoning, the Subdivision Map Act, and development processing fees. The hearing will not include any property related fees subject to Proposition 218, assessments, or taxes. A full list of the proposed fee increases is available for review in the City Clerk’s Office, located at 1887 Howard Street, 3rd Floor, Anderson, CA 96007 The public is invited to attend the public hearing to provide written or oral comments; or to otherwise communicate written comments to the City Clerk in advance of the hearing.
