NOTICE OF INVITING BIDSFY 2025/2026 SLURRY SEAL PROJECTThe City of Colton, Public Works Department (“City”) will receive electronic bids for the FY 2025/2026 SLURRY SEAL PROJECT via the City of Colton’s Bidnet Direct vendor portal website at: www.bidnetdirect.com/california/cityofcolton no later than 3:00 P.M., March 26, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids shall be valid for 60 calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids must be prepared and submitted on the approved Bid forms and in the manner prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. WORK: The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of and includes the construction of quickset cationic emulsion aggregate slurry seal, traffic control, preparatory street cleaning, crack seal and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvement as shown or indicated on the accompanying plans. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Specifications. The project shall be completed within 30 working days from the start date established in the Notice to Proceed.
