CITY OF CONCORD NOTICE OF HEARING 1340 Galaxy Way Subdivision (PL25175 - PM, VA) The Zoning Administrator of the City of Concord, California will consider an application for a Parcel Map to subdivide a 3.24-acre site into two parcels (1.38-acre and 1.86-acre in size) and Variance for reduced landscape area on one of the proposed parcels at 1340 Galaxy Way (northwest corner of Galaxy Way and Commerce Avenue). The General Plan designation is West Concord Mixed Use; Zoning classification is WMX (West Concord Mixed Use); APN 126-451-009. CEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, Public Resources Code SS 21000, et seq., as amended and implementing State CEQA Guidelines, Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations (collectively, "CEQA"), the project is categorically exempt 15315 "Minor Land Divisions". Therefore, the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and no further environmental review is required under CEQA.
