WHAT IS BEING PLANNED: Tentative Tract Map 20-1001, Shaan Estates: Hirday Singh has applied for a two year extension on tract map 20-1001. Tentative Tract Map 20-1001 proposes to subdivide approximately 2.74 acres and create 14 residential parcels in an R-1: Single Family Residential Zoning District. The subject property is located on the North side of Blackburn Ave. and about 140 feet east of Marguerite Avenue. Assessor's Parcel No. 75-310-42 WHY THIS NOTICE: The City wants you to be aware that information on these projects is available for your review at City Hall, 794 Third Street in Corning. You are invited to attend a Public Hearing to be conducted by the Corning City Council in the City Council Chambers in City Hall at 794 Third Street at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Please note if this project is challenged in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues that were raised at the Public Hearing or in writing delivered to the City Council at or prior to the Public Hearing.
