ORDINANCE 537 Summary of Proposed Ordinance NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Farmersville will hold a Meeting in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 909 West Visalia Road, Farmersville, California 93223, at 6:00 p.m., on Monday, March 9, 2026, to hold a public hearing regarding the following matter. All persons having interest in this matter are invited to be present to testify in person, or to submit statements in person at the meeting or in writing prior to the hearing. A summary of the Ordinance is as follows: PUBLIC HEARING (PUBLISHED NOTICE) TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FARMERSVILLE, COUNTY OF TULARE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 9.04 OF THE FARMERSVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO LOUD AND UNREASONABLE PUBLIC DISTURBANCES AND EXEMPTIONS THERETO The Council to Consider the Following Items: 1. Hold a Public Hearing; and 2. Introduction, Reading, and Passage of Urgency Ordinance No. 537 to Amend the Farmersville Municipal Code Chapter 9.04 titled “Noise”, of Title 9 titled “Public Peace, Morals and Welfare” by amending Sections 9.04.020 titled “Definitions”, 9.04.030 titled “Public disturbances prohibited”, and 9.04.090 titled “Exemptions; permit”.
