ART IN DEVELOPMENT, SECTIONS 90-1501 THROUGH 90-1513 AND ARTICLE XLIV. CITY-INITIATED ART IN PUBLIC PLACES, SECTION 90-1531 THROUGH 90-1536 INCLUSIVE FOR ADOPTION OF AN ART IN PUBLIC PLACES ORDINANCE AND PROGRAM Ordinance 2073: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Hemet, California, amending Chapter 90 of the Municipal Code by adding Article XLIII (Art in Development) and Article XLIV (City-Initiated Art in Public Places) to establish an Art in Public Places Program.
