Applicant: Nohemi Peniche. Project Location: 5667 Mission Boulevard, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509 (APN: 179-112-026). Project: The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval of Master Application No. MA24018 (Conditional Use Permit No. CUP24002 and Site Development Permit No. SDP25147), which authorized a restaurant with on-site sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages, specifically beer, wine, and distilled spirits, at the above-referenced location.
