MENLO PARK FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 60-2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., the Board of Directors passed and adopted Ordinance No. 60-2026 adopting the 2024 International Fire Code with 2025 California Amendments and Local Requirements, Hereafter known as the 2025 California Fire Code and Local Amendments, for the City of Menlo Park by the following vote of the Board of Directors: AYES: President Kiraly, Vice President Silano, Director Bernstein, Director Bloom, and Director Jones; NOES: None; ABSENT: None; ABSTAIN: None. Copies of this Ordinance and the Fire Code are on file with the Clerk of the Board of the Menlo Park Fire Protection District and are open to public inspection and can also be found on the District's website at https://www.menlofire.gov/guidelines-and-standards.
