CITY OF MORENO VALLEYNOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD & PUBLIC HEARINGFOR THE PROPOSED ANNUAL ACTION PLAN (PY 2026-2027) As a recipient of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Moreno Valley is required to prepare an Annual Action Plan (AAP) for Program Year (PY) 2026–2027 as part of its 2023–2028 Consolidated Plan. The Annual Action Plan identifies the housing and community development activities to be funded from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The proposed Annual Action Plan will be available for public review and comment for a 30-day period from April 3, 2026, through May 5, 2026. The document may be viewed on the City’s website at www.moval.org/publicnotice Written comments will be accepted during the 30-day public comment period and must be received by the Grants Division no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 5, 2026.
