PDCA26001, A DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT REVISING AND CLARIFYING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF 5.0 (ZONING AND LAND USE) OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO DEVELOPMENT CODE , AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF.
