NOTICE OF INTENT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Pinole shall consider Adoption of Ordinance 2026-02, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Pinole: ORDINANCE NO. 2026-02 An ordinance for a zoning code and specific plan amendment to prohibit new service stations, establish regulations for existing legal nonconforming service stations, and establish regulations for alternative fuel stations. The project qualifies for a CEQA exemption under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15061(b)(3), 15301, and 15308. Adoption of the Ordinance will be considered at the regular Pinole City Council meeting to be held on March 17, 2026.
